Rebecca was a highly skilled Assistant Principal, with the responsibility of managing budgets as well as maintaining quality. Rebecca kept both a strategic and operational view of the financial position of her departmental budget and deployed varying strategies to ensure its long term financial viability in challenging times.  At each quarterly review, Rebecca's financial aptitude and ability to reflect, react and plan ahead gave me great confidence.
